Aug 3, 2020 at 0:51 comment added Stancey I went to St Bernard HS In Playa del Rey (Los Angeles) and we used the SMSG Text for our classes from 1962-68 that I know of. I had a heavily used text that I bought from a student in 1963. It was a paperback book crudely printed that had yellow Index card stock covers on it. Mine was in bad shape and I wound up buying a new one half way through the fall semester in 1964.

Nov 10, 2015 at 0:12 comment added mweiss @BenCrowell I appreciate that you raised the question. I have been under the impression that SMSG is in the public domain, and have freely distributed them under that assumption. It would be good to have confirmation on that.

Jun 14, 2015 at 18:30 comment added user5299 I studied SMSG Plain and Solid Geometry in a metal spiral binder. As a sophomore the solid and advanced solid (I take now as Hyperbolic) was a bit above my head, but I caught up with aid from my Dad who thought the manual was tops! He was an N-dimensional grade math user at the time. This was in El Paso, Texas. I was moved overseas and schooling was advanced but not SMSG, they used college texts as references. Martin
